- Take a cooker and add 1 cup of oil

- When oil is heated add 4 chopped onion and cooked

- When onion is taken golden colour add 1 tablespoon of garlic ginger paste and cook for 2 minutes
- After cooking 2 minutes add tomatoes And cook for 5 to 6 minutes

- On the other hand take chana daal wash it and take it rest for 3 hours
- After cooking add red chili salt and haldi powder and cook for 15 min

- After cooking 15 min add daal and close the cooker pressure and cook for 8 to 10 min
- Now open the cap of pressure cooker add black pepper knor chicken tikki daniya powder and zeera powder

- Now cook at high flame and start mixing the daal with ghotna

- Now your delicious daal is ready

- Now take a pot add large amount of water

- Add salt, laung, badyaan flower And green chilli in water

- Now add oil and vinegar


- When water start boiling add your washed rice

- After boiling 5 to 6 min then remove rice from water
- Add again rice in pot and add oil on the rice

- Cook the rice for 5 min
- Your boiled rice is ready
